Retrosuburbia Introduction Workshop (SOLD OUT)
David Holmgren’s permaculture-based guide to sustainable urban living is revitalising communities, changing the way we live and how we interact with each other and our environment. It’s a comprehensive toolkit for 21st century resilient lifestyles, needing and using less whilst creating richness and abundance.
This workshop is a full day introduction to the book, how to make the most of it and the connected online resources and networks. An interactive, fun and collaborative day, you will:
- discover the breadth of Retrosuburbia knowledge that, through permaculture, provides a complete picture for not just surviving but thriving
- use exclusive workshop audits to assess habits and discover opportunities for positive change
- learn some new practical techniques to apply straight away.
- meet a new community of like-minded people and become a change-maker for the future we want
- be inspired by successful Retrosuburbia and Adelaide case-studies
- start creating your vision for a resilient future for yourself, your family and community
Following the workshop we will set up a regular bookclub for those who want to keep meeting, studying and applying the book’s vast pool of knowledge.
