Kelly from Under the Pickle Tree, will show you how to make a delicious home made Thai chilli jam made from scratch.That jam will then be used to make an array of amazing Thai dishes, including chicken, eggplant and snake bean stirfry, poached prawn salad, smoked chicken and daikon salad with quail eggs and top the menu off with some coconut rice then sit down and enjoy a fabulous Thai banquet at the end!
