A Taste of Veda (CANCELLED)
A living taste of the Wisdom of the Vedas in some of its many fields - Ayurveda, meditation, vedanta, yoga, āsana, nāda yoga and more.
In a weekend of all things Vedic you are invited to immerse yourselves in an experiential retreat with the dynamic Vedic Masters duo, Tim Mitchell and Dipika Delmenico.
Set in the pristine Otways, in a refined environment conducive for uplifting, renewing and absorption. Simple, warm, shared accomodation, nature bush trails, and delicious sattvic vegetarian meals prepared and served with devotion by our Hare Krishna hosts.
Some of the wisdom delights we may taste include:
- early morning yoga āsana that anyone and any body can do: 'āsana is not to make you feel good but to make you good at feeling'
- nāda yoga sound meditation exploring voice and the inner soundscape in it’s resonance, tones
