Ethics, Character and the Conduct Rule
The presentation is entitled "Ethics, Character and the Conduct Rules: Aristotle or Kant – who was right?".
The matters covered include how different ethical approaches can lead to very different outcomes for issues confronting lawyers.
We note that there is a maximum capacity of 40 persons able to attend due to current COVID restrictions. Additionally, all attendees to Wallmans Lawyers must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and on arrival will be required to present Medicare proof of vaccination.

Bill Fragos is a Special Counsel at Moray & Agnew.
