It is not advisable to simply turn up at the conference on Friday or Saturday as it is unlikely that tickets will be available. |

At the same time as you register for the conference you can book accommodation at the William Inglis Hotel by contacting their reservations team on (02) 9058 0353 and use reference code ROT141021, Rotary District 9675 Conference 2022. If you simply contact reservations and try to book without using the above code you will be told that the rooms are completely booked out. Conditions and cancellation policy details for the hotel accommodation are contained in the follow-up e-mail which you will receive as you register for the conference. |

Having made your ticket selection payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal. a) If you wish to pay by credit card complete the Checkout page and click the Yellow 'Purchase' Button at the bottom of the page. The transaction will show as 'Payment to D9675' on your credit card statement. 50 cents per ticket will be automatically added to your total. |
