About
Journalling was my first “tool” of self-inquiry and is still, to this day, a major part of my life and my personal growth.
For me, writing has become a salve that moderates and soothes tumultuous emotions. It helps me to interrogate the thoughts and beliefs I live by and to lovingly, gently mine the truth in my heart. It has become a welcome reprieve from an overactive, catastrophising mind, and has saved me from poor decisions more times than I can count.
And in the words of philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche “all truly great thoughts are conceived by walking.”
Join me for this walking meditation and writing workshop, where you will be immersed with grace and gentleness and invite nature to be your muse, so you can allow the magic that moves through you to be witnessed in real time on the page.You will be guided on a gentle walk through Mundy National Park in the Perth Hills with stops along the way to write to your hearts content.
