This photo is a photo of me 3 years ago. I was 13 kilos heavier, with blood pressure issues, higher than optimal blood glucose levels and I was generally feeling terrible. My back hurt, I was riding my bike, a lot, and not seeing any improvement in body composition. The worst thing is I thought I was doing the right things!
That has all changed. I'm now healthier than I've every been. My blood pressure is normal and so is my blood sugar level. I have better muscle tone and I feel so very good! It's been a real journey of learning and I can see why people fall off the 'wagon' and find it difficult to maintain a healthy weight range.
