These classes are open to all abilities, no dance experience needed or dance partner required. Learn a simple but fun and high energy dance routine that will get your heart rate up, boost endorphins, stimulate your brain and memory and leave you smiling!15min cardio warm-up and basic stretch (options to keep it completely low impact will be available) and then you will learn a dance routine (a new one each week) ending with a short cool down.
