The full buffet cost will be $35 per person, this is a reduced (staff) rate. Entrée, main, dessert, and coffee as well as Mulled Wine on arrival, with house wine, beer and soft-drink included. Melanie and her Hospitality students will grace the restaurant with a Christmas flair, music and (always impeccable) service, whilst Garth and his Kitchen Operation students will provide a delicious and somewhat traditional Christmas fair.
