Introduction to Soft Cheese Making (SOLD OUT)

If you love cheese and want to learn how to make it at home, then come to this course! Learn the basics of home cheese making with MCSL Chef, Gerry Barbara. You’ll learn how to make ricotta, mascarpone, quark, lemon & cream cheese and labneh, and the many uses for leftover whey. There’ll also be a range of other delicious cheeses to try on the day. Participants will receive recipe sheets and a selection of cheeses to take home. Cost $95 (includes class, recipes & tea/coffee)
