Heritage Week Talk - They came to Whitehorse.
About
What did they look for then – and now? Emeritus Professor Graeme Davison, AO, FAHA FASSA, FFAHS, is Australia’s foremost urban historian, and the author of ‘The rise and fall of Marvellous Melbourne’. He will reflect on how Covid has led us to appreciate the values in our own streets and neighbourhoods. Using the Windsor Park estate (where he lives) Graeme will discuss how our forebears thought about these questions, what we now look for in our suburbs, and what heritage contributes to it.Location
