Urasenke 裏千家 Sydney members demonstrate a traditional Japanese tea ceremony with Ro 炉 (winter) style together with a workshop for you to whisk and enjoy beautiful matcha 抹茶 green tea with wagashi 和菓子 Japanese sweets at RYO-AN 良庵, the authentic tea ceremony house 茶室 in Leura, Blue Mountains.
Guests can also visit a little Shrine 青山神社, derived from Ise Jingu (https://www.isejingu.or.jp/en/about/index.html), behind the tea house.
