Celebrating the sounds of the humble harmonica, an instrument that has made an impact in American roots, folk and blues music. It's compact pocket fitting design and cross harp access to the blues scale made it an instrument of choice for accompanying bottleneck guitar, responding to the call of field holler rhythms while capturing the highs and lows of life in the deep south.
Join us for an exclusive night of the Mississippi sax featuring top performances by multi-award winning Snooks La Vie accompanied by Nick Kipritis, seasoned harp player Bobby Blues accompanied by Jesse Deane-Freeman and solo performance by harmonica wiz Harpin' Will K. In keeping with the theme, Cafe Komodo will be offering a tasty Blues-inspired menu on the night.
