As part of our focus on original songwriting and storytelling, Arts Rutherglen in conjunction with Indigo FM and Destination Rutherglen, present Canadian singer-songwriter Tennyson King live at Wahgunyah School of Arts Hall on Saturday 19 November.Tennyson King is a nomadic indie folk musician from Hong Kong and Canada performing in Canada, Australia, and Asia. His 2022 album ‘Good Company’ has been featured on many radio networks across North America, Asia and Australia, having gained over 50K streams, with music videos over 90K YouTube views.
He was recently nominated for his hometown 2022 Mississauga Music Awards in the Album of the year, Artist of the Year, Songwriter of the Year & Live Artist categories, taking out the Songwriter award.
Following successful Summer tours of Australia from 2017-20, Tennyson is touring here for the first time since Covid, performing all over the country.
