Meditation and Mindfulness: 5 Sessions
With Sian Fereday. In this course, learn easy techniques for mindfulness-based relaxation and sensible, practical approaches to integrate them into your busy lives. Relax your body and mind, and in turn improve your focus, sleep, stress and pain management. PLEASE NOTE: this class is delivered fortnightly from 3 October until November 28, from 6:45pm to 7:45 pm. The ticket price is for the 5 sessions in this course.
