About
This 4 week live online course will help you meet your child’s anger with peaceful power. We will break the taboo around violence and discuss what happens when your child hits, pushes, swears or expresses anger physically. You will get new perspectives and tools to help you and your child experience anger in a healthy, nonviolent way. Build a relationship of trust, connection and respect with your child.Topic will include:
*Finding your inner resource of peace
*Listening to your child in Presence
*The power of repressed emotional forces
*The truth about anger
*Help your child to express anger in a healthy, nonviolent way
*The fight, flight, freeze and fawn reactions to violence
*Resistance inhibits transformation and learning
*Nonviolent communication
*Meeting our deepest fears and judgements
*Using self-inquiry to unlearn old beliefs and patterns
*Developing emotional maturity and inner stability
