Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? by Edward Albee | PAANDA
About
The Performing Arts Association of Notre Dame Australia proudly presents our production of 'Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?' by Edward Albee. The absurdist play introduces us to husband and wife, Martha and George, who invite Nick and Honey, the new couple in town, over to their house for an intimate afterparty. The night produces many mind games and hidden agendas. All secrets are brought into the open and no one will ever be the same.
Albee's play allows us to question truth, reality and illusions through the lens of these characters and if we are simply watching an evening of sinister games, or something far, far deeper...
Warning: This play contains adult themes, sexual references and depictions of violence. It contains a prop gun. It is not suitable for patrons under the age of 16.
