REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

• Access to 9 sessions (7 hours of PD - 8 select plenary sessions plus a Virtual Spotlight conclusion presented by Dr Katie Novak)

• Livestream access from 8:30am to 12:15pm on the 16th March and 8:30am to 12:30pm on the 17th March 2023

• On-demand access for a full month following the live event

• A certificate of attendance for your professional development records​

Please note, the Virtual Spotlight does not include all sessions to be ​presented at the in-person conference

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Early bird registrations close 10th November 2022. 
• Each registered ticket is valid for one person only. No split or shared registrations. 
• Virtual Spotlight access details are provided for the registered attendee only and are not to be shared. 
• Attendees must be registered and paid in one booking to qualify for discounted group rates.
• Where an invoice is requested, registrations are considered confirmed on submission of the booking form and the cancellation policy will apply.
• Registrations can not be transferred between the Virtual Spotlight and the in-person event . Should you wish to attend the in person conference, the cancellation terms below will apply and a new registration for conference attendance can be made. 
• For cancellations, including change of mind, the following terms apply:
  • Cancellations must be made in writing to admin@illumelearning.com.au.
  • Cancellations made 29 days or more prior to the event will be refunded minus a $50 administration fee. 
  • Cancellations made between 28 and 15 days prior to the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 
  • Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the event will incur a 100% cancellation fees
• Illume Learning takes no responsibility for emails not received due to errors or typos. Attendees should contact admin@illumelearning.com.au in the event access details for the virtual conference are not received. 
• Access to the Virtual Spotlight content closes 5pm 17th April 2023, no exceptions.
• Refunds will not be offered in the event of non-attendance.
