Brave Talks (SOLD OUT)
JewishCare and JCA The Choice Foundation present this inaugural event. This is a rare opportunity to hear the courageous and inspiring stories of lived mental health experience. Join us for an inspiring night, where six people each share their stories of overcoming a mental health challenge.
PLEASE NOTE: Our speakers will be sharing their personal experiences around complex trauma, post-natal depression, anxiety, depression, addiction, the holocaust, anorexia and schizophrenia. Their stories, whilst filled with hope, are also confronting and distressing at times. Please keep in mind whether this is something you feel like hearing right now - your safety is our primary concern.
Should you have an accessibility concern, please reach out to us to assist.
