Lauren Oliver, from blue & ruby cake art, is back in her hometown of Gippsland, and is so excited to teach the sweet art of cookie decorating with our Christmas themed class!
In this 2-hour class, you will cover:
- Baking the perfect cookie – Lauren will teach you her tips and tricks when it comes to baking the perfect cookie (plus you get a copy of Lauren’s cookie dough recipe #yay)
- Working with fondant icing– you will get hands on with how to prepare and colour fondant, and learn the techniques to roll out a super smooth and even layer of fondant.
- Fondant techniques – Lauren is so excited to share a number of her fondant techniques, including marbling, textured patterns and prints, and debossing in her extensive range of Christmas themed tools.
- You will also get the chance to finish your cookies with fun Chrissy themed sprinkles, embellishments, and edible gold leaf!
