Elyane Laussade is one of Australia’s most acclaimed pianists and a CMS favourite. Her current Mozart Piano Concerto project is one of the most ambitious concert series ever undertaken in Australia by a solo artist. In this concert, Elyane explores the improvisational brilliance of Bach’s 'Chromatic Fantasy and Fugue' as well as perhaps Mozart’s most ambitious and pathos-laden keyboard work the 'Fantasie in C minor', K 475. Schubert’s celebrated 'Wanderer Fantasy', one of his most expansive yet integrated musical canvases, brings the recital to an exciting and triumphant conclusion.
