The day is an opportunity to get a heads up on the year ahead and spend time planning worship for your own ministry setting while brainstorming ideas with others in ministry. Be inspired in your preaching and take time to plan for your wellbeing. Consider what is important, what the shape of the year may be and where there is space for something new or if there is something that just isn’t working anymore. There will be prayer, discussion times, and time for personal planning.
