Thirlmere Festival of Steam - Huff N Puff Run 2023
ABOUT
A brand new inclusion to the Thirlmere Festival of Steam in 2023, working in partnership with the Picton Running Club and proudly sponsored by SIMEC Mining, the historically iconic Huff N' Puff will make it's return to Thirlmere following a long hiatus.
Offering a unique run experience, the Huff N' Puff will offer competitors and spectators an exclusive Steam Train ride from Thirlmere to Buxton Station, where competitors will disembark to commence their return race against the Steam Train.
The Huff N' Puff run experience will include:
- Museum entry to the NSW Rail Museum in Thirlmere
- Steam Train Ride to Buxton Station
- Race Entry (Race Bib & Timing Chip)
- 6.5km Race from Buxton Station to Thirlmere Station
- Opportunity to race alongside a historic Steam Train
