Dmetri has over thirty years experience as a fiction editor in publishing, plus fifteen years as a senior editor at Penguin Books. He is a mentor and writing teacher and the editor of the literary journal Kalliope X. Kate is an author and academic, and the Creative Director of Q-Lit.
