About

The gin blending workshop will be hosted at our cocktail lounge in Kyneton by Animus Distillery Gin Chief, Luke Jacques, during which you will learn about our approach to distillation and how we created each of the unique recipes for our craft gins. We will guide you through a tasting of our gins before you experiment with all the raw ingredients required to craft your own unique recipe. You'll finish up bottling your own bespoke 700ml bottle of gin to take home. Refreshments will be provided!
