Accredited Coach Liability & Indemnity Insurance Request
This request form and payment is to be completed by accredited coaches seeking Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance coverage under the Badminton Australia national insurance program for activities outside a club environment. For example for the delivery of school programs in a school environment.
For this insurane request to be approved you must be an accredited Badminton Australia Coach and you must be a member of one of the State/Territory Badminton Associations.
The policy limits include $20,000,000 for Public Liability and $10,000,000 for Professional Indemnity and will end on 31st March 2021.
A Certificate of Currency for this insurance will be issued upon payment where the coach has been approved to be covered. If a coach is not approved the amount paid will be refunded in full
