This is our Covid Safe Mini Lantern Festival, no Parade but 100s of Lanterns hung throughout Alec Johnson Park. we have a limit of 1000. 900 online, 100 available at the gate from 4.45pm
3 live bands.
A new youth Thongaphone percussion ensemble the Wallabeats
There will be thongaphone and percussion workshops
At 7.45pm, dusk, we will start our magical lantern lighting ritual .
A Fire Mural Finale designed by local Indigenous Artist, David Booth, will finish the event
