Your health and wellbeing at our event is our top priority. With the current COVID-19 outbreak, we are taking all precautions to ensure that we provide you with a safe and enjoyable event.

 

We are implementing the following strategies at our event:

  • People that are un-registered will not be able to attend this event
  • hand sanitiser available on site
  • pre-printed registration forms, information pack and individual pen
  • asking you to bring your own water, thermos and hot drink supplies
  • providing individually portioned catering
  • respecting physical distancing at the event
  • ensuring there is more than the required 4m2 by holding the event outside
  • keeping the size of our event small to limit spread.

 

Here's what YOU can do to help protect each other:

  • stay at home if you have travelled to Victoria or a NSW Hot-spot in the 14 days prior to the event
  • stay at home if you are feeling unwell or have flu-like symptoms on or before the day of the event
  • use hand sanitiser when you arrive and leave
  • maintaining physical distancing at the event (at least 1.5m)
  • keep your hands away from your face
  • please do not arrive any more than 15 minutes early to the event
  • please do not stay any more than 15mins after the event has concluded
  • please BYO water and hot drinks needed to the event.

 

If you can't make it on the day or are unwell, message our Staff to let them know as we may have a wait-list for this event.
