Birth and Beyond Class for Public Mums (Thursday)
A comprehensive class designed to allow first time parents to approach birth and parenthood more confidently. An interactive format including third trimester, vaginal labour, analgesia, breastfeeding, the postnatal period and taking baby home. Taught over five weeknights. Unfortunately we cannot swap between sessions.
