Friday 30 April | Prince Philip Theatre, 7pm - SOLD OUT
At once a classic noir thriller and a clowning farce, The 39 Steps is a stage production based on Alfred Hitchcock’s 1935 spy thriller film. This outrageous comedy features a cast of five, multi-roling over one hundred characters in fast-paced fun, thrilling conflict and precise stage combat action. The story is a classic portrayal of the protagonist Richard Hannay’s flight from a false accusation through a series of dangerous pursuits as he is tracked down by authorities. Accused of a murder he didn’t commit, Hannay is a man on the run to save himself and prevent a spy ring stealing top secret information.
Can he stop ‘The 39 Steps’ in time to save his country?
