In the summer of 1967-1968, three families embarking on separate holidays are united during a fierce storm. Away is sharply observed, clever, funny and deeply moving. It depicts the hopes of a new generation, prompting us to consider what is ultimately most important in our lives. This production explores mature themes, and is recommended for Years 9 – 12.
