In this programme of music of the Ottoman Empire, dynamic baroque ensemble Latitude 37 explores the wonderful soundworld of 18th century Constantinople and Moldavia. Including folk tunes and the Classical compositions of Prince Dmitrie Cantemir, Latitude 37 is joined by three fabulous musicians on oud, kanun and Middle Eastern percussion.
