About

The Root Chakra is linked to the Earth element - our foundation and physical identity. In my recent visit to Uluru, I felt the cosmic connection between Australia's beautiful red earth centre and that of my own energy centres. I have now specifically designed this sound journey so that you, too, can reconnect to your foundational energy centres creating a state of harmony & flow within through the sounds of Uluru. Journey with me.
