Presenter Kate Wall is a gardening professional, and one of Australia’s leading weed experts.
We will discuss weeds, and walk around the garden to look at the weeds that are growing there. Participants can bring in weeds they would like to learn more about.
This workshop includes tasting edible weeds and discussing ways to use them in the kitchen and for medicine, as well as what they tell us about the soil and various methods for controlling them.
