East Coast chefs and West Coast wines come together in the most delicious way for an exciting collaboration dinner presented by Vasse Felix Winery, the founding winery of the Margaret River Region in Western Australia.

After an arrival drink and canapés, indulge in a five-course menu by star guest chefs, Ben Williamson and Adam Wolfers matched with wines by Vasse Felix, including Idee Fixe by Vasse and an exclusive taste of the winery’s premium Tom Cullity Cabernet Sauvignon Malbec.  Sauvignon Malbec. Divine!

Chief Vasse Felix Winemaker, Virginia Willcock and Idee Fixe Chief Winemaker, Michael Langridge will present the wines via video from Vasse Felix in WA. 

Sheraton’s Daintree Bar will be open late for those wanting a post-dinner nightcap.
