The intention of this event is to ‘end the year on the high’ and enter into the new year with a renewed sense of rejuvenation, wholeness, support and empowerment, which we intend for this session to deliver.

meditation, sound healing, soul and body integration, expansion lab - discussions and reflections, yoga & lunch.
