You are invited to attend the Palliative Care GP Education Session focusing on Anticoagulation. This is open to all GPs and other staff who are looking to gain knowledge.

The workshop will be delivered by Dr Stanley Cheung, Clinical Haematologist at Icon Cancer Centre.
