Lisa Blair: Antarctica Circumnavigator World Record Holder
About
Lisa is at the Squadron in person to talk about her story aboard her boat "Climate Action Now" and her 92-day solo journey in the world’s most dangerous ocean. On her first attempt in 2017, her mast broke and she had to make a harrowing stop in Cape Town to have it repaired before she bravely continued on. Just over 30 days ago, Lisa completed her original goal and is the world record holder at 92 days, 18 hours, 21 minutes and 20 seconds singlehandedly and nonstop circumnavigating Antarctica.Location
