Latest Health & Service Needs of our Community in SE Melb
Event Overview
Come and join our CEO and SEMPHN’s expert data team as they walk through highlights of our latest Needs Assessment.
The team will provide you with insights which will help you to:
- learn more about our community in south east Melbourne
- understand health issues relevant to priority population groups in south east Melbourne
- guide your decision making.
Each year, we use multiple sources of population, health and service usage data to look at the specific health needs of people across south east Melbourne.
This information forms a comprehensive SEMPHN catchment ‘Needs Assessment’ (available on our website here), which is used to commission local services, guide decision making and provide support to our workforce in primary care.
All primary health professionals including general practitioners and practice staff are welcome to join the conversation at one of two sessions offered:
- Tuesday 30 August 12.30pm-1.30pm
- Thursday 8 September 6.30pm-7.30pm.
To help us answer the questions you have about health needs in our catchment, you can add these when you register for the event.
We look forward to seeing you there!
