This is Warrnambool Community Garden's after-school gardening program for children. Sessions are designed for ages 8 to 12 years as a guide, and run on Wednesdays from 4:00-4:45 pm. The sessions covered by this booking will be general gardening, which will encompass a range of activities each day chosen from propagating, planting, caring for plants including weeding, harvesting, chooks, and more - specific activities are linked to the seasons, the kids' garden cycle, and weather. This event booking is for sessions on November 2, 9, 16 & 23. Cost is $5.50 per session ($22 paid on booking). Missed sessions after the start date are non-refundable. Children need their own protective equipment such as gloves and appropriate clothing for the weather of the day such as hats, long sleeves, coats, and so on.Location
