- Full payment consists of the Hire Fee ($75) and a Bond ($100).

- Active membership of the Merri-bek Toy Library membership is required.

- The Member must report any damage or issues at time of pick up; otherwise the member will be considered to have taken responsibility for the damage or issue, and will be liable for loss of bond. Please set up the pack as soon as possible.

- Adult supervision is required to ensure proper use of items at all items.

- Returning the pack must be on the following Monday or within the first half hour of the toy library opening on the following Saturday, or unless otherwise arranged with the Party Pack Coordinator.

- When picking up and returning, please ensure there is adequate time to pack and unpack your car.

- If items are missing, damaged, stained or broken, the bond may not be returned in full.

- The toy must be returned clean and ready for re-hire. See specific details for the toy you hired below:

Roller Coaster - Please be sure to wipe down the surface of the track and the wheels of the car, as well as ensuring any other visible dirt is removed by washing with mild soapy water and drying well. If the toy displays marks that are hard to shift, a cream cleanser works well, and we have some on site you can use.

Circus Tent and Tunnel - Please ensure you wipe these down the before returning, particularly if they have been played with outside. Leave enough time to clean the toys and ensure they are dry before packing away in the bag provided.

Balance Path - Please ensure you wipe these down and dry it well before packing away in the bag provided. Ensure all pieces are included - 6 beams and 6 circular pads.

Jumbo Blocks - Please ensure these are returned clean and packed into the plastic tubs provided. Stacks of five will lay flat in the boxes, and it makes it easier to count through and ensure they are all there. All blocks must be returned - 48 in total.

Slide - Please wash with mild soapy water and dry well. Ensure all visible dirt is removed, especially if it has been played with outside.

If all the above conditions are met, bonds will be refunded in full (up to 5 days after return).
