By registering the student I agree to him/her participating in all supervised activities.

I acknowledge there is an inherent risk within activities undertaken as part of the camp. In the event of accident or illness, and where it is impracticable to communicate with me (the attendee's parent or guardian), I authorise the Camp Director (a member of the Children's, Youth and Families Staff) to consent to the student receiving any medical or surgical treatment as may be deemed necessary by a licensed physician and/or surgeon. I authorise the Camp Director to engage such treatment and I agree to pay the appropriate fees for such service and treatment.

I agree to meet the expense of the child being returned home if I am unable to collect him/her personally, including any costs for Children's, Youth and Families Staff or leaders to accompany him/her home and then rejoin the group. I understand that such an arrangement may be necessary due to illness, injury, or if, in the opinion of the Children's, Youth and Families Staff, the child exhibits non-cooperation or anti-social behaviour of any description or inability to meet the rigours and requirements of the camp activities. The Children's, Youth and Families staff will make every reasonable effort to communicate with me concerning any such behaviours or circumstances.

I understand that refunds will not be given for partial attendance.

By registering the student on a Christ Church camp, I agree to any photos or video footage of the student taken whilst on the Year 12 school leavers trip being used only in accordance with the Christ Church St Ives Children's, Youth and Families Ministry Social Contact Policy. For cancellations made by 6 Oct 2025, any payments made will be refunded less a $50 admin fee.
For cancellations made by 3 Nov 2025, 75% of any payments made will be refunded less a $50 admin fee.
Refunds are not possible for any cancellations made after 10 Nov 2025.
