A minimum of 48 hours is required if there is a need to change your booking. In the event of changes to your original booking, there is no guarantee that we can transfer your booking. A $25 admin fee may be charged for any ordinary booking changes.
All bookings will be confirmed by email from our office within 48 hours of your booking being made here.
This booking is for the session listed only and cannot be transferred at whim.

The event goes ahead in most weather conditions. If a severe weather warning is issued or we feel there is risk entering the forest due to the weather, we will cancel the event and a refund or transfer to a new date will be issued.

You are expected to have a vehicle to move from our meeting place to our foraging spot, usually accessible on a dirt road. We do not expect participants to car pool or feel obliged to offer others a lift.

Each event is listed in the hope that mushrooms will be available to find. We expect to run the event only if it's likely that we'll find something to forage. Our focus is on finding Slippery Jacks and/or Pine Mushrooms.
If we notify you that it's unlikely we will find mushrooms on your ticketed day, you will have the option of a priority transfer or full refund of your tickets.
