We the event organisers reserve the right to cancel the event at any time and the event may be cancelled by us due to fire, storm, rain, inclement weather, wind, landslip, resort closure, or any other circumstances out of our control. If conditions do warrant the postponement of the event, All Ride MTB will endeavour to set an alternative date or location and entry fees and registration details will be transferred to that alternative date. If a rider cannot participate on the alternative event date set, we ask that you inform us immediately after the announcement of the alternative date.

All skills sessions and social rides will run for a minimum of 90 minutes.

All participants are required to sign a waiver prior to the event, provide emergency contact details and any relevant pre-existing medical conditions.

Please advise the event organiser if you would prefer any imagery and video that you appear in NOT to be used for promotional purposes.

Ticket holders are responsible for the cost of their breakfast on Saturday & Sunday, dinner on Friday & Saturday and all drinks. A basic lunch will be provided on Saturday and a BBQ on Sunday.

The Fainters Back-Country Ride is for experienced intermediate and advance riders only. It is a remote environment and you will need to carry a spare tube, pump, plenty of water and any snacks to keep your energy levels up. Please note you will need to wait for all riders to complete prior to the shuttle departing Mt Beauty.

Blue Dirt Season Pass holders are not usable during event weekend.

REFUND POLICY: Cancellations, for any reason, fourteen (14) days or more from the event start will receive a full refund less an administration fee. Cancellations, for any reason, within fourteen (14) days of the event start will receive no refund as commitments to event suppliers will have been made.

COVID CANCELLATION POLICY: If this event cannot be held due to Government COVID restrictions, all ticket holders will receive a refund less an administration fee.
