By booking in for a Story Dogs session at Port Phillip Library Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Receive information about Story Dogs via email from Story Dogs at PPLS.
- Adhere to the conditions of entry for Port Phillip Library Service.
- Follow the 'Six Golden Rules' as provided by Story Dogs Australia.
- Return the consent form prior to participation.
- Parent/Guardian must remain in the children's area for the duration of the session.
- If you cannot attend your session, please let staff know ahead of time to allow your time slot to be allocated elsewhere
