1. COVID Restrictions: If you have any symptoms at all, or have any reason to believe you may be a close contact or suspect you may have COVID, please contact us to cancel your ticket.

2. All participants MUST be a resident of Banyule or Darebin.

3. Attendee Cancellation Policy:
More than 24hrs notice = full refund provided.
Less than 24hrs notice or no-show to session = no refund given.
* Cancellation due to COVID-19 infection or isolation requirement (evidence required) = full refund.

4. In the case of seriously bad weather or COVID-19 restrictions, the session will be either cancelled or postponed, and you will have the option of attending a replacement session or full refund.

5. Subject to a minimum group size of 2. If minimum numbers are not met, you will receive a full refund.
