International students are responsible for payment of currency exchange fees and charges
Cancellations of course may occur due to circumstances beyond the control of ACIME. Should this happen, students will be contacted and offered to transfer fees paid to the next available similar course, at no extra fees; or offered a full refund of fees paid, less merchant fee charges paid at the time of booking.
REFUNDS:
A full refund is permitted for any fees paid if the enrolment is cancelled/withdrawn at least 10 business days prior to commencement of the practical booking.
No refund will be provided within 3 business days prior to the commencement of the practical workshop component of the course.
No refund will be permitted after the practical workshop commencement, or if the student fails to attend on the scheduled date of a practical course.
Processing of Refunds:
All refunds will be processed by the same method that the payment was received (ie. if paid by credit card, the payment will be refunded to the same card).
All applications for a refund are required to be reviewed by the ACIME manager or equivalent for approval and will only be considered if all other options (eg. deferral of course, transfer of fees to another course, etc.) have been considered.
Refund requests once approved, will be processed by ACIME within 10 business days.
All refunds will incur a 5% administration fee for processing regardless of circumstances. The 5% is calculated based on the overall cost of your course.
