The fine print you need to know! Please note that when booking a retreat with Island Heart Retreats the following Terms & Conditions apply:
All Retreat bookings require a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit to be paid upon booking. A space cannot be held for you unless a deposit has been received.
Deposit is non-refundable and also cannot be transferred to another retreat, as this covers our administrative and upfront retreat costs.
Balance of the full payment is required at least six (6) weeks prior to the retreat commencement date. We will contact you with a friendly reminder before final payment is due.
Please note: If the balance of payment is not received 6 weeks prior to commencement date your deposit will be forfeited, and your booking will be released to another participant. Please advise us in writing to give us a minimum (6) six weeks notice before the retreat commences if you cannot attend the retreat.
The balance of the full payment is payable by direct bank transfer with your name, retreat code IHR

If you are unable to attend your retreat for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible.
To clarify refunds on any funds already paid, the following terms & conditions apply:
1. Deposit only – No refund. Your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2. Balance of full payment – Refundable (minus the deposit) only if non-attendance is advised at least (6) six weeks’ prior to retreat commencement date. Non refundable if non-attendance is advised within 6 weeks of retreat commencement date or no-show. Within 6 weeks of retreat commencement all payments made are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Flights:
Connecting flights from Sydney and Melbourne are available at no extra cost if advised at time of booking - please advise if you need a connecting flight. Checked in luggage 23kg is included. If you would like to book a longer stay in Vanuatu, there will be no extra "change of flights" charge, if confirmed at time of booking. Changes to flights made after booking that result in an extra fee will be payable by the retreat participant.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
