By applying for a ticket to the hey dee ho intergenerational session, I acknowledge and consent to the be bound by the requirements of the aged care facility where they are being held which will include but are not limited to:
* All Adults must be prepared to sign in upon arrival.

If you & your child have had any flu like symptoms including runny nose, cough, fever, vomiting or diarrhea immediately prior to date of booked session, please refrain from attending until you have been clear of all symptoms for at least 24 hours. COVID requirements for guests will be advised day prior session as these can change from day to day.

Please arrive approx 10 minutes prior to the event start time, so that you can allow for COVID protocols, otherwise you may miss out on the start of the session.

***Please note - if you cannot attend the event, please CANCEL YOUR FREE TICKET, so that those on the waiting list are able to attend.***
