TERMS AND CONDTIONS
Cancellation and Refund policy- If Parks Victoria close the mountain bike park all tickets will be refunded or same value credit provided at the customer’s discretion. A credit can be provided for any cancellations up to 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations less than 7 days aren’t refundable but are transferable to another rider.
Reddy 2 Roll Shuttle’s operate in all weather conditions, we do not accept requests for refunds based on weather condition preference.

You are purchasing tickets to a shuttle bus service. We are only responsible for transporting you and any equipment you have up the hill. You are responsible for your own wellbeing riding back down the hill.
Our rack/trailer holds the bikes in a secure vertical position. Clients load, secure and unload the bikes themselves, with help from our staff if unable to do so themselves. We take no responsibility for other clients damaging your bike whilst putting theirs on or taking theirs off the rack/trailer. The rack/trailer design is such that there is sufficient space between the bikes.

REDDY2ROLL SHUTTLES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO YOUR BIKE WHILST USING OUR SERVICE.

We reserve the right to remove and/or ban anybody behaving in what we consider an inappropriate or threatening manner, or damaging ours or other participants equipment.
